Models of Governance and Regulation Seminar

The final seminar in the programme and the second on Governance and Regulation focused on a paper published by the Independent Panel on Wednesday 1 December.
The paper summarises the emerging themes from the series, and outlines three broad options for the future governance and regulation of the BBC. Speakers included members of Lord Burns' Independent Panel and guest participants.
