Regulatory Impact Assessment on BBC Charter Review

Our Regulatory Impact Assessment (RIA) on the Charter review process looked at the impact - both positive and negative – that the changes we have proposed for the BBC may have on small businesses, charities and voluntary sector organisations.

Closing date for comments was 28 April 2006.

The period for submitting comments on the RIA on the Charter Review has now closed.

All of the responses will be read and analysed and help inform the final drafting of the Royal Charter and Agreement.
